David went from writing 40-page research papers for his master’s degree program in history to writing nightlife, art, and food articles and celebrity Q&As for a local publication in the San Francisco Bay Area. Today he is a writer, traveler, eater, and a denizen of New York’s West Village. He’s the author of two books and he regularly pens pieces for the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, National Geographic Traveler, and BBC, among other publications. He’s lived in Prague, Paris, Rome, and Berlin.
