Lynn started her career in magazine ad sales but quickly realized that despite the lower salaries, she preferred the editorial side. She took a job at Publishers Weekly, got her master’s degree in journalism from NYU, and never looked back. Lynn became a features editor at Publishers Weekly, where she launched an award-winning newsletter, and then went on to Oprah.com, where she worked as an editor for 7 years, overseeing food coverage on the site and contributing to many other sections. Lynn has written freelance articles for CNTraveler.com, Food52, and other outlets. She has lived in Manhattan for more than 20 years and loves to read, run, cook, and hang out with her family.
